Our care team faced workflow difficulties hindering top-of-license care. We investigated and designed a five-section panel that addresses coaches' and PTs' specific needs, offering a user-friendly and efficient workflow experience.

The internal tools product team aimed to establish an open-source enterprise-level design system for Hinge Health's care team products. We identified the need for a unified design system to improve consistency, collaboration, and efficiency across three customized products.

Hinge Health began a design sprint in 2022 to merge its three care team products into an EMR/CMS tool. The aim was to improve productivity and user satisfaction by providing a data-rich record tailored for coaches, physical therapists, and nurse practitioners.
Coach dashboard
Our team improved PT workflows and platform in 2022. But, as we moved to coach workflows, managing over 200 tasks became challenging. We needed a better solution than the current dashboard design for an efficient workflow.
