Summary
The owner of Om Sweet Om, a wellness and yoga studio, wanted to update her website and enhance its functionality. She relied on the website to showcase upcoming mindfulness workshops, yoga classes, and private sessions. Her existing scheduling system involved manually handling registration and updates through email, requiring up to six weeks of preparation before each workshop. Because of this manual approach, 70% of emailed class inquiries did not result in attendance.
